Ken Leong

Before setting up the 361 group of companies, Ken was extensively involved in Human Resource and Accounting functions in multi-national & public-listed companies and local SMEs. He accumulated vast working experience in foreign countries which included Thailand, Malaysia and China. A member of CPA Australia, he holds a degree in accounting and information system.

Ken actively engages with local SMEs to provide comprehensive consulting services. Some of clients include People's Action Party, Nation Group of Companies, Octopus Group of Companies, Bee Cheng Hiang, Ace Marketing Pte Ltd, Cosmetic Laboratory Group (Coslab), Donut Empire Pte Ltd & many more. He also conducts training and seminars on accounting and entrepreneurship related topics. In December 2008, Ken was appointed by the Ministry of Education to conduct MYOB Accounting software training for teachers.

Ken is a recognised MYOB Professional Partner and is often regarded by our clients as the “MYOB Expert”. In-line with his experience on MYOB and other accounting softwares, he is able to provide technically sound advice and constructive recommendations to companies of various sizes in different industries.

An experienced trainer on Accounting & MYOB software, he often conducts the sessions with humour and interactive training style. His class is often filled with lively discussions peppered with practical examples. His students have consistently rated his training highly with the near perfect score of 90%.

Venus Sieng

Manager – Technical & Support Department

Venus Sieng is no stranger to the accounting industry; she started her career honing her accounting skills in professional accounting practice. Besides possessing a solid accounting background, she has extensive exposure in IT projects. She spearheaded usage of accounting software in various companies, from initial conceptualization to the final implementation and review.

Venus is a recognised MYOB professional partner and currently heads the technical & support department.  She is one of the master trainers in the company and has been highly praised by students on her ability to relate her training to real-life scenarios.

Prior to joining 361 Degree group, Venus held senior executive positions in different fields. She accumulated over 15 years of working experiences in various industries, including leisure & lifestyle, trading, construction and F&B.

With her strong background of experiences accumulated in various prominent roles, she excels in advisory matters not only limited to accounting and human resource, but also internal control systems and procedures. This way, she continues to provide exceptional and invaluable comprehensive back-end services to our clients.
